ADDING LIGHT WEIGHTS TO YOUR POWER MOVEMENTS WILL REALLY CHANGE YOUR BODY FOR THE BETTER.
THE BRITTANY ALLISON METHOD/TRAINING/CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
The Hollywood: Basic ballet, YOGA, Pilates, Tai Chi, and stipperzize all bundled together for an intense calorie burn. No worries about the ballet; I have created the exercise so that anyone can enjoy and benefit from The Hollywood!! We use many prop/apparati throughout(pilates rings, bands, versa bar, ballet barre, yoga balls)and you move up and down throughout the class to keep your body guessing and keep that intensity up.
v Urban YOGA: Series of YOGA poses, intense stretching and sweat all done to hip/hop and R&B beats; add low lighting to the mix and you’ve got a hot sultry urban yoga class.
v VELO BARRE: VELO comes from velocity which means speed and this class has it! Fast-paced basic ballet movements done entirely at the ballet barre(everything from calves to abs)to fast tempo music. Prepare to burn calories, sweat, and ware out your muscles.
v Burlesque Body: Heels, Chairs, BOAs oh my!! Cabaret meets the Pussy Cat Dolls; burlesque style dance movements using chairs and heels(heels are optional but they do work those calves). Dance movements are very basic and anyone can enjoy and benefit from this class. Add a disco ball, sultry music and those sexy heels, and you’ve got an alternative way to break a sweat!!
v 30:30: 30 MINUTES OF LOWER BODY/BOOTYSIZE, FOLLOWED BY 30 MINUTES OF POWER PILATES!
The Rockstar: NOT YOUR AVERAGE BOOTCAMP….bring your sneakers and get ready to sweat; this class has yoga-esqu movements, football drills, bootcamp, and The Brittany Allison Method all rolled together. You’ll use a yoga mat, tennis shoes, band, cones, and your own body weight for an hour of Ntense fitness!
* VELO RIDE: INDOOR CYCLING DONE IN A CLASS FORMAT; BEGIN W/WARM-UP, HILLS, SHORT TRACK SPRINTS, LONG TRACK SPRINTS, PLYOMETRICS IN THE SADDLE, & COOL DOWN. THIS ISN'T YOUR AVERAGE RIDE; I DO NOT TEACH RPM STYLE!! I TEACH & TRAIN THE WAY YOU WOULD MOUNTAIN BIKE AND ROAD BIKE OUTDOORS. HIP/HOP, ELECTRONICS, AND ROCK BEATS HELP ENERGIZE THE BODY AND MIND FROM "AVERAGE JOE" TO "HUNGRY CYCLIST."
